Gorleston on Sea have a very large fete every year and up until 2006 they incorporated it with a raft race. Sadly Health and Safety put paid to that in 2007. Nevertheless the last year they ran the event the East Coast Truckers ladies team came away with a victory, and the lads came a credible 2nd in thier class. That year also saw Robert Jenness complete his charity Bungee Jump with all proceeds (£2000) going to the ECTC.
